IMPORTANT NOTICE

CALL FOR THE AGEDI GENERAL ASSEMBLY ORDINARY MEETING – 10th June 2026

We inform all AGEDI members that the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of the association shall be held at the Confederación Española de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE) headquarters, Room 6F, in Madrid calle Diego de León, 50, on 10th June 2026, at 11:00 h. in second call (in the assumption that the necessary quorum for first call will not be reached, which otherwise would be the same day at 10:30 h). The Assembly meeting shall also be streamed for those who prefer to attend remotely by means of the link that will be provided to those requesting it. The call, as well as the relevant documents, has been sent to all the society members by electronic mail.

We inform you that, in compliance with that provided for in articles 187.3 of Spanish Intellectual Property Law and 33.6 of AGEDI Articles of Association, and without prejudice of having been sent by electronic means, there are available to all members physically in our premises in Madrid, María de Molina 39, 6th floor, the Annual Accounts referred to 2025 together with the Economic Memorandum and the Management Report, with its corresponding Audit Report, which also includes the report on agreed-upon procedures in relation to the compliance with article 187.2 of the Intellectual Property Law, prepared by the Auditors, as well as the Annual Transparency Report 2025 with the report on agreed-upon procedures also prepared by the Auditors, so that all members who so wish may physically examine those documents prior to their approval, if applicable, at the next General Assembly Ordinary meeting.
